Golf Fanatic has immense confidence in their products and we have sold to a
plethora of goods to satisfied customers.
We have always had a lifetime warranty on our clubs under normal playing
conditions. In order to control the abuse of this policy, Golf Fanatic has
spelled out in full detail our WARRANTY POLICY:
1) Any shaft broken 3 inches or above the hosel will be deemed an abused club,
such as breaks in the middle or top of the shaft. We have seen 100,000's of
shafts and clubs tested. This is an extreme rarity to witness one breaking under
normal playing conditions in the middle or at top of the club.
2) Any club that has had repairs not made by us voids the warranty.
3) Any club hit from a driving range mat voids the warranty.
4) Any club head that detaches from the shaft must be sent back in order to be
repaired. Clubs with just the shaft and no head will not be accepted.
5) For Club heads or shafts failures that break under normal playing conditions,
the Clubmaker determines if a shipping and reinstallation fee will be charged.
6) Any dents on the top, bottom, or sides of the clubs are considered abused.
7) For Custom Fit golf clubs, there is an unconditional guarantee for a one year
period when used as intended!
NOTE: Here are some of the signs used to determine whether the customer
causes the breakage or not:
For Instance, graphite shafts on clubs will break if subjected to a number of
miss-hits or just several extremely bad miss-hits. No equipment that is
customized or from an OEM can withstand repetitious miss-hits. We look for
excessive or deep scratches on the sole plate of the club head. In addition,
ball marks on the top, sole, heel or hosel of the club is seriously miss-hit.
Another common miss-hit is hitting too low and catching the ground so that dirt
and grass marks are all over the sole plate and or face of the club. This should
not happen .
As for steel shafts, they will bend if you miss-hit them as poorly as what would
break a graphite shaft.
For intentional breakage, this would mean throwing or slamming the club on the
ground or snapping the shaft.
Furthermore, accidental breakage (i.e. slamming the club in your trunk) or
exposing the clubs to extreme heat (i.e. storing the clubs in your car) or
airline travel.
