Hi Fellow Golfers! Welcome to Golf-Fanatic.com!
I was born in 1973 in Auburn, NY near Syracuse. Golf has been a huge
part of my life since I was a youngster. I played high school golf for
The Auburn Maroons where I was selected as Captain of the team during my
senior year. I worked at Auburn Golf and Country Club (now Lakeview CC)
during this time as well. I started out washing golf clubs and golf cart
then worked my way up to a Pro-Shop Assistant.
After a productive high school experience in academics
and golf, I attended Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. As a
student/athlete, I played golf for Eckerd College for four years. During
my junior and senior years(1994 and 1995), I was selected Co-Captain of
the Eckerd College Tritons Golf Team under Coach Thaddeus Coontz.
In 1997, I decided to give up my amateur status and pursue a career as a
golf professional. Fellow P.G.A of America
Head Golf Professionals, Mr. Dennis Murray and Mr. Scott Walter, helped
mold me into a courteous and customer service-oriented individual, while
I worked at Bear Creek Golf Club in Denver, Colorado.
In 2001, my wife and I moved to Charlotte, NC. I spent
a year on the Ballantyne CC maintenance staff under Head Superintendent,
Mr. Scott Cochran and Mr. Floyd Smith. After the golf course maintenance
experience, I went to gain knowledge and expertise at:

The Club at Longview (A Jack Nicklaus Signature Course)
during the golf course construction/grow-in phase under Golf Course
Superintendents Mr. Todd Pippin and Mr. Ray Avery. I firmly believe that
every Golf Professional should spend at least ONE year in golf course
construction/maintenance in order to be a well rounded golf
professional!
Currently residing in Harrisburg, North Carolina, I
have a wonderful, patient, and supportive wife and and 2 children
In my spare time, I explore holistic
wellness (health), such as chiropractic sessions and magnets for
increasing blood flow to certain parts of the body. I strongly believe
the combination of these two techniques and tools help with my golf
swing, playing ability, and most importantly the quality of my life. I
have been going to a chiropractor named Dr. Chris Musacchio
(704-455-1000) for three and a half years and highly recommend him. In
addition to chiropractic adjustments, I have been using magnets for 15
plus years. I learned about magnets through a fellow golf instructor and

P.G.A of America Golf Professional,
Mr. Bobby Impaglia in Boca Raton, Florida. I was so impressed with the
results I have achieved with magnets, I became an independent
distributor for
until 2008.(Feel free to navigate through the Nikken Products and
site...), the pioneer in magnetic wellness products. Currently, I am not
a Nikken distributor, but I still buy the products for personal use and
golfing clients.
Finally, as a life long learner
I finished The Bachelor of Science in Business/Management (BSB/M)
program at:
The University of Phoenix (at
the Charlotte campus).
Well enough about me...I want to know how I can help you and your golf
game! Please, feel free to check out the rest of Golf-Fanatic.com and go

Dedication and Special Thanks
This website has been dedicated to a special friend, Patrick Michael
Dunn (PMD), whom I met during my journey through golf and life. Patrick
passed away in October of 1998 during a tragic car accident. I will
always remember the enthusiasm and energy he brought to my golf game and
the game of life!
I deeply appreciate and thank my friends and
family for their continued support in golf and in life throughout the
years. In addition, I would like to thank
Rick Stamey
for designing the artwork and Earl Pillow for his detailed services in
website development and updating. Without people like this, we could not
succeed.
